ABOUT ME

Hey there! I’m Kristen, a designer with a passion for interiors. Living in diverse and sunny SoCal, I feel inspired by my surroundings almost everywhere I go. I created this virtual space to share all that I explore and create with you. 

 

I searched for my dream career even into my second year of college. I was confident that I wanted to spend my time helping others, creating art, and being a team leader. Finally, it became clear where my heart was. Interior design. Growing up, I loved designing my bedroom and going to decor stores just to look at all of the new products. In high school, I helped my mom with various projects for her friends’ houses and even made a floor plan for my grandpa so he could get the most out of his space once he moved to a smaller home.  Now, my little house is my creative space filled with DIY’s, plants of all kinds, countless textures, and lots of personality. I am constantly searching for new ways to make it even better, a place that continues to evolve into something even more like home.

 

Since then I have earned an Associates in Interior Design at Santa Barbara City College and a Bachelors in Design at Cal State Long Beach.  While growing these skills, I have been blessed with many opportunities that have further fueled my drive to create positive impacts on people's lives through design.
